Week 1: Connection to Our Womb Power Through Forgiveness Date: Tuesday, 4th February 2025 Focus: Forgiveness as a pathway to reclaim womb power. Practices: Guided meditation, cacao ceremony, and emotional release. --- Week 2: Strengthening the Bao Mai Line and Surrender Date: Tuesday, 11th February 2025 Focus: Strengthening the energetic connection between the heart and womb (Bao Mai) and embracing surrender. Practices: Breathwork, cacao to open the heart, and visualization exercises. --- Week 3: The Cosmic Womb Date: Tuesday, 18th February 2025 Focus: Tapping into the energy of the cosmic womb for creativity and infinite potential. Practices: Cosmic meditation, cacao as a tool for expansion, and journaling to connect with universal creation. --- Week 4: The Hips and Masculine Protection Energy in Our Womb Space Date: Tuesday, 25th February 2025 Focus: Releasing tension in the hips and exploring the masculine energy’s role in protection and balance. Practices: Embodiment exercises, hip-opening movements, cacao for grounding, and closing rituals. --- What to Bring • A journal and pen. • Comfortable clothing. • An open heart and intention for healing.
